The 386 on the label 🏷️ is supposed to read "Miharu". The rice polishing ratio is 38.6%. It's a play on the name Miharukoma 😆.
100% Gohyakumangoku grown in Miharu
The color is clear.
The aroma is thin and sweet.
The taste is soft sweetness with a slight refreshing sensation.
The mouthfeel is mild.
The aftertaste has a slight hackles.
Although ALC is added, there is no ALC feeling.
The most well-rounded sake out of the several kinds we were allowed to try.
