. After having a drink at IMADEYA, I wandered into a restaurant and unexpectedly encountered Jyushidai! It was the first time for me to drink Jyushiyo, so I ordered it with very high expectations. When I drank it, I found it had sweetness, sourness, and umami! It was sweet, sour, and umami! The taste was well balanced, with a little more sweetness than sourness. It was delicious.
