Drink at home. Light fruit aroma with a good balance of acidity and a hint of sweetness. Slightly effervescent and refreshing. The sweetness increases when heated, making it gorgeous and mellow. Delicious chilled or warmed. It has an ALC of 14 degrees and is made from 80% polished Akitsuho rice. We will pass the new year in Kaze no Mori.

First time in Kaze no Mori I had an image that it would be sweet. I selected this one because it was described as "less sweet & DRY". The aroma is slightly mellow. When you take a sip The sweetness is gone, but only the umami remains. The aftertaste is spicy. The rice polishing ratio is 65%. But it is quite gorgeous. 1,285 yen for this Seriously... it's the best!

Drink at home. Moderate aroma. It has a mellow mouthfeel and a full flavor. You can feel the flavor of the rice whether it's warmed or cold. 15 degrees ALC, 65% polished Yamadanishiki (21%) and Tamasakae (76%) rice. First time drinking in Tottori Prefecture. There are 10 prefectures remaining.

The first honored chrysanthemum. I can see that everyone is drinking it good. Is it the sourness of lactic acid bacteria? I was about to open all of it, but I want to let half of it sit for a while and enjoy its progress. The obanzai that was sold together with the purchase is delicious. Smoked potato salad is delicious.

Today it's nigori sake from Niidashi Zensyu! I've drank nigori itself before, but this is the first time I've bought it myself ☀️. I bought it because it's unusual for a sake to have "Niidashi Zensyu" written in hiragana 😁. The taste is sweet and fluffy, with a hint of spiciness in the back. You can also buy a lot of other things from this store. I also like the frog on the logo of Niida Honke 👌.

Natsu Yago Blue 100% Yamada Nishiki, Polishing ratio 65%. I bought this one because it's from a brewery in Kanagawa Prefecture and they use rice from Kanagawa Prefecture! It has a sweet and mellow taste, like Manzaku no Hana and Hananobun Natsu Saki in the sake I drank recently. My favorite degree ★★☆☆☆ Cospa ★★☆☆☆

The now famous "Atago no matsu" from the Shinzawa Sake Brewery, now famous for its "Hakurakusei". At 2,3°C. Gorgeous and fresh. Clear and sharp. Any number of things you can do! I emptied the flowery buns, Atago no matsu, and quadruplets in one night with two adults 💦. My personal preference is ★★★★★.
