Slightly heavy and solid. Sweet and spicy. When paired with sasakamaboko, it has a nice crispy and acidic taste. Kanezakiya's kamaboko is good 😋.

When served cold, it has a strong acidity that is typical of a sake made from a sake yeast yeast yeast. When heated, the soft umami opens up, and the acidity is accompanied by a nice crispness. We prefer it warmed.

Slightly yellow. Slightly floral aroma. Good acidity. Peachy 🍑. The aftertaste is rich. I'm not sure what to make of it.
