As it cools down to room temperature, it becomes smoother and sweeter.
It can be enjoyed as a stand-alone dessert rather than with a meal. keita It had a muscat-like sweetness and was very easy to drink.
The sweetness is strong, so it would go well with nuts and light meals.
This was my first time drinking Yokoyama and I liked it more than I expected.
keita Smooth and slightly sweet on the palate, with a touch of alcohol when drinking.
Looks good heated, though I drank it cold 😄.

I thought the Junmai Daiginjo would be good because the Nama Sake was so good, but...
I was a little disappointed.
It didn't taste like sake, more like white wine, with a strong acidity that I didn't like.

Unlike Hanayo Kuyu, it tastes good again! keitaA little fizzy when you open the bottle and the alcohol itself is a little cloudy white.
When you drink it, it has a strong muscat-like sweetness and is easy to drink, with little alcohol.
I bought it out of a sense of adventure, but I hit the jackpot, and it's one I'll definitely be repeating! 

パパバスWhen opened, it has a slight gassy feeling and the aroma in the mouth is quite spectacular. But it also has acidity and lightness, making it perfect for summer. It is just the right balance without being too much.
It reminds me of the nighttime sea view at Kujukuri-hama or Oiso in the summer when I was a student 😁. Rafa papa

A few years ago, you could change the Hana-yosu if you went to the warehouse 😥, but these days you can't buy it anymore 😥. keitaSweet taste and alcohol aftertaste.

The aroma is mountain haku, but it is lighter and maybe easier to drink than honjozo. パパバスWhen served cold, the sweetness and umami are kept to a minimum and the taste is refreshing. When warmed to lukewarm, it has a more refined aroma and umami, which I like.
It was delicious when paired with oyaki.

I also had a little bit of Kudokigayo left.
I can't say I've had enough 😅.
It's a ginjo brewed with Bakuren, so yes!
It's dry!
It's the same brewery, but of course it's completely different!
I think the ease of drinking it is due to the kudokido skill...
There are a lot of sweet and fruity sakes out there, but it's nice to have a dry saké all to itself.
It's not pure rice, so there is alcohol, but the flavor and acidity come quickly, and it kicks in quickly😊😊.
It's just an image, but it makes you feel drunk.
