Junmai Daiginjo
I thought the Junmai Daiginjo would be good because the Nama Sake was so good, but...
I was a little disappointed.
It didn't taste like sake, more like white wine, with a strong acidity that I didn't like.
However, after opening the bottle and drinking it a few days later, the acidity had lessened a little and it was slightly easier to drink than immediately after opening the bottle.

When opened, it has a slight gassy feeling and the aroma in the mouth is quite spectacular. But it also has acidity and lightness, making it perfect for summer. It is just the right balance without being too much.
It reminds me of the nighttime sea view at Kujukuri-hama or Oiso in the summer when I was a student 😁.

I've never been there, but I think it's the Matsuzaki in Urawa Parco! There is a main store in Kawagoe and I recommend that one 😊.
A few years ago, you could change the Hana-yosu if you went to the warehouse 😥, but these days you can't buy it anymore 😥.

When served cold, the sweetness and umami are kept to a minimum and the taste is refreshing. When warmed to lukewarm, it has a more refined aroma and umami, which I like.
It was delicious when paired with oyaki.

Kamenoi Sake Brewery Kuro Bakuren Limited Edition
I checked in the other day.
It is the thing which I bought with the limited black of the Kudokutake.
I also had a little bit of Kudokigayo left.
I can't say I've had enough 😅.
It's a ginjo brewed with Bakuren, so yes!
It's dry!
It's the same brewery, but of course it's completely different!
I think the ease of drinking it is due to the kudokido skill...
There are a lot of sweet and fruity sakes out there, but it's nice to have a dry saké all to itself.
It's not pure rice, so there is alcohol, but the flavor and acidity come quickly, and it kicks in quickly😊😊.
It's just an image, but it makes you feel drunk.
I tried a plum crystal with it 😆.
It's a mistake to compare 😅.

I found a set of Kudokigatake and Bakuren 😄😄.
The first one is Kudokigayo
As soon as I opened the package, it smelled so good!
I thought the Kudokigake was sweet, but it is.
I'm sure it's a sweet one, but the aroma, flavor, and sweetness are nice.
