Junmai Daiginjo
I thought the Junmai Daiginjo would be good because the Nama Sake was so good, but...
I was a little disappointed.
It didn't taste like sake, more like white wine, with a strong acidity that I didn't like.
However, after opening the bottle and drinking it a few days later, the acidity had lessened a little and it was slightly easier to drink than immediately after opening the bottle.
