I thought that the Mikotsuru I drank before was surprisingly dry and robust 🧐, and I thought that the low-temperature-cooked ham I drank this time would have a charcuterie-style bouillabaisse with an added soy sauce flavor and a strong salty-sour flavor, but this Mikotsuru with its rich sweet and savory flavor was also gentle (or perhaps even powerful!). It was such a flavor that accompanied me!
