Overall 9 (out of 10)
Seimasamune😋, which features my favorite "glutinous rice hot-kake four-step brewing".
The new sake was lined up for purchase😃.
The rice, water, and yeast are all made in Nagano Prefecture, and I love Nagano sake breweries!
According to the description
According to the description, it has "a gorgeous aroma and a refreshing sweetness."
and that it has "a gorgeous aroma and a refreshing sweetness"....
Delicious!
It is the driest Seimasomune I have ever tasted.
The sweetness is not so much felt as the independent presence of the characteristic sweetness, but rather the sweetness rises slightly at the beginning of drinking, and then the clear, clear, weak spiciness takes the leading role 👍.
It was served chilled.
Pairing impressions were made by Pekho 😅
The aroma I felt was
-Aroma: The aroma of rice 👍
-Aroma: Slightly spicy aroma that goes into the nose.

Good evening, shinsaku3.
I've been annoyed by Peckho's kuradon (rice bowl) 🤣.
The clear spiciness from the sweetness seems to go well with your meal and even I have a sweet tooth 🎵

Good evening, ma-ki-😃.
Thank you for your comment 😊
Pekho-san is pleased 😃.
Sake can give a very different impression when paired with food, but it is not too spicy so I think it will work 😃.

Good evening Jay & Nobby 😃.
This time this sake was a bit on the dry and clear side, but it was delicious👍.
I will continue with my new relay posting initiative this year 😃.
