This is my first Tochigi sake 😃.

According to the description, it has "a deep aroma and a refined, fine flavor."

Delicious 👍😋.
It is a dry sake, but the umami of the rice is used well so that the dryness does not become too strong.
It is truly a fine umami 😋😋.
It is a dry sake but actually the star is the umami 🌾.
That's my impression👍
Recommended temperature is 12-15℃.
40-45℃ for heating up.
The temperature range is quite narrow.
I can feel how serious and maniacal they are 😃.
I had it at around 10℃.
Pairing impression was done by Mr. Pekho 😃.

Good evening, shinsaku3!
You have quite a prestigious image of Soho ✨I've never had it, but it looks like the temperature range changes your impression quite a bit 🧐.
Please follow me to Pekho 🥹.

Good evening, Hina Hana Mama 😃.
I was under the impression that it was quite hard and dry!
Pekho-san, I was just consoling you 😊.
Honor, we have about 2/3 of the bottle left to finish for Peckho's pairing revenge 😃.

Hi shinsaku3 😀
I have always had the impression that Souhyo is a heavy and mature sake, and this comment made me think it is not ready for me yet 🤣.
I like the idea of sharing the rice with Mr. Petsuho... Kaorin just drinks 🤣.

Hello shinsaku3😃
Souhyo is said to be about 90% consumed in Tochigi prefecture. ‼️ I guess you could say it's the sake of the people of Tochigi prefecture 🤗.
We mainly had it warmed up 🎊 and it was the winner!

Good evening Jay & Nobby 😃.
That's great 😳
It's truly a sake that is loved by the people of the prefecture, or rather, is a part of their daily life 😃.
It certainly looks like it can be heated up 😃.
