This is the first Jyushiro I was able to drink with the brand name in mind. The label is very cool. This is what it means to have a full-bodied umikuchi. It is sweet but refreshing. This is it.

Rice straining of rice, Yamadanishiki 65%, Kake rice 70%, rice grown in Oita Prefecture I stopped by after work. It has a different impression from the Aisan I drank before. The aroma is refreshing and the feeling that it flows smoothly is pleasant.

2020.02.11 肴処やおよろず（仙台市）にて。山田錦100%、精米歩合:掛米55%、麹米50% お店のお品書き（おすすめ）から飲んだことがないものを選びました。 口当たりは丸みがあり滑らか。果実のような甘みと香りが広がり、しっかり旨味を感じます。 飲んだ印象として、同じ長崎県の「六十餘洲」に似ているような気がします。美味しいです。

2020.02.11 肴処やおよろず（仙台市）にて。国産米、精米歩合:60% 出張のため前入りで仙台へ。泊まるホテルの周辺で、祝日でも日本酒が飲めそうなお店を探して、訪ねてみました。 まずは飲んだことがある「じょっぱり」から注文。見たことがない金色のラベルにビックリ！ お通しは食べるラー油をトッピングしたホタテ刺。辛口のお酒にマッチして美味しい。 と思ったら、日本酒度が+0.5で辛口ではないらしい。安定のバカ舌。でも、このドライな感じは何？ そして、すっきりとした酸味の中にしっかりとした旨味。仙台らしいセリのお浸しや、金華サバの塩焼きにもバッチリ合いました。
