I enjoyed only the sound of the Yodogawa fireworks the day before 😅. I used to be able to see them from my house 🎆. The first half of the wine has a strong rice-like sweetness, but the second half is spicy with a short aftertaste. It's not sweet, but I like this type of sweetness. I think it is a strong sake that can be aged for a long time. On the third day, the sweetness becomes more pronounced, and it is my favorite type of sake.

Good evening bouken🍶. That's the same Ayahana I was drinking in Nishinakasu 😊 Isn't it delicious 😋. The brewer seems to keep the sake at room temperature and is very confident about the strength of the sake 😆.

Hello, Matsuchiyo-san ☀☀☀☀ It was delicious 😋. I wonder what is the difference between hiragana and kanji 🤔 Not many stores seem to stock hiragana... I felt this is a strong sake the moment I drank it 💪.

I asked the distributor of Asahi Kiku in Fukuoka about it and he said it was a limited time only label, but I didn't ask him more about it😅. It's also good warmed up 🍶.
