This is the popular Ayako!
I've been hearing his name around me a lot lately.
It is easy to get, but it is often sold out.
It's delicious and cost-effective, so it's no wonder it's so popular.
I went to buy it at Horikoshi-san because the PayPay campaign had started in Sakado City.
The parking lot was full and there were many cars with out-of-prefecture license plates!
This is the first time I've tasted Asaromi, and it's as juicy as the label says! It was juicy and had a peach🍑 feel!
It was juicy and had a peach🍑 feel!
Opened a bottle of Yuki no Bijin nigori🍶.
Very fizzy and always shrieking 🫧.
The sweetness is moderate but easy to drink at 14% and enjoyable enough to be enjoyed on its own.
It tastes best when chilled to a crisp 😊.
Adult Calpis just as I had heard by word of mouth.
Easy to drink at 6% alcohol, I drank more and more and soon I had a whole bottle 😆.
Sweet and sour with a milky aftertaste from the molasses.
It felt like amazake that became very easy to drink for me.
Light and easy to drink from start to finish.
The sweetness of the rice is felt in the mouth, and there is a weak alcohol taste at the end.
It is easier to drink than Hitachi-Nishiki and I think I prefer this one👍.
The melon and sweetness were more pronounced and tasted better after a few days than when the bottle was just opened.
The mouthfeel is gentle, and the aftertaste is refreshing even though there is a sense of alcohol when it goes down the throat.
It is easy to drink even though it has a fire-like taste.
A very tasty sake with a rich(?) and sweet taste that spreads on the palate but disappears quickly! The sweetness spreads on the palate but disappears quickly, very delicious sake!
I drink Toyo Bijin every year, but I want to repeat it and drink other rice as well 😁.
Juicy, sweet, delicious!
Maybe a little more acidity in the aftertaste than the rest of the series?
The impression is that the sake is refreshing and can be enjoyed on its own or with a meal.
Hiyaoroshi 😋😋
Still waiting for the Akatake Hiyoroshi and
Nozomu...waiting to drink it all in the fridge 😂.
The full moon of the fifteenth night 🌕 looks beautiful
I'm still waiting for a full bottle in the fridge 😋
I bought it because it is a hiyaoroshi and I thought it would be safe!
It is very well balanced and easy to drink!
It is also very well balanced and easy to drink!
I thought it would be gutsy, but it is fruity👍.
Kuroryu Ginjo Hiyaoroshi by Kuroryu Shuzo in Fukui Prefecture.
I looked up the brewery and it's located near Eiheiji in Fukui Prefecture!
I've been to Eiheiji before as a tourist, before I got into the sake swamp like I am now, so I wasn't able to visit, but now I'm sure I would have visited the brewery more than Eiheiji!
This sake is made from Gohyakumangoku from Fukui Prefecture, polished to 55% and brewed with aluzoe. The production date was September 2018.
I bought it from Horikoshi Shoten, and the POP advertised it as "one you can only get at home", so I quickly reached for it (lol).
The scent is very Semedyne-like. If you don't like it, it's probably not for you. When you take a sip, the sweetness comes along with the bitterness, and then the spicy stimulation comes in. It's quite a lively first move.
You can hardly feel the sourness, but the bitter bitterness. It seems to go well with meals with strong flavors!
Thank you for the treat!

Morishima's Omachi Junmai Daiginjo.
I've always wanted to try it! I'm glad I didn't get a chance to meet you!
I can meet new sake by visiting sake shops and talking with various shop owners, and after I buy it, I go home. I'm enjoying this as well.
It has an aroma like a white wine. From the first sip, there is a refreshing gaseous feeling and a slightly strong bitterness that tightens it up crisply.
I think it's better to enjoy it as a food wine than just a sake!
★★☆☆
Hakurakusei one of my favorite sake😊.
Corona disaster, message sake from the brewery
Tomorrow again...Tokyo to be declared...Mambo extension in nearby prefectures.
The Olympics is also a goal for the athletes and it's not easy to say cancel 😞.
Of course I want to support them as long as they are doing it!
If the sake shops are closed, the sake breweries will be...
What's wrong with all the parties involved, the breweries and the shops? ...I don't know, but...
I guess we just have to keep our heads up and keep moving forward.
This freshness and juiciness is amazing.
I was expecting a more subdued taste, so I was taken by surprise.
The bitterness is barely perceptible, and the sweetness and acidity are at the center of the taste.
It's one of those bottles that I'd recommend for a refreshing mid-meal drink!
★★★★☆
The aroma is not fruity, but slightly alcoholic.
The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and sourness come in smoothly, and you can feel the super light carbonation gas.
There is no strong impression of peculiarity, and I think it is a bottle that goes well with any meal.
I'd like to compare it to the pink label next time it's on sale!
I'd love to compare!
Someiyoshino is all gone...
I still want to enjoy 🌸...
I've never had a syochu liqueur with the character for "spring" in it.
The label is also nice.
It's a spring-like sake that's easy to drink.
I'm sure it will be gone in no time.
It will be gone in no time!
I'm sure we'll be able to see the cherry blossoms next year...right?
