Today's menu is crab cream croquettes and grilled salmon. Vinegared wakame seaweed and marinated snap peas and octopus as garnish.
I also added yuzupon to the crab cream seeds💓.
Cicadas are sloppy! Amazakai 💕Has little spiciness and bitterness, light with a hint of astringency at the end.
Throwing yuzupon into crab cream croquettes was the right choice 👏😆 It also went well with sweet salmon💓.
I'm happy because I worked hard from noon to make crab cream croquettes 🥹😋🥹😋 and cicadas are very delicious and happy too 😋 ❤️
