The taste is refreshing at first and gradually mellows out and settles down.
It has an elegant taste, so I think it is better to drink it by itself rather than as a food sake.
I found out that it has won an award in the hot-sake heating contest in the value lukewarm category.
I drank it cold this time, so I would like to try it lukewarm next time. いーじーThe color was slightly yellowish.
At first, the refreshing acidity was impressive.
