I'm accumulating unposted, but I'm also going out for a proper drink: ❗️ Long-established liquor store in Haruyoshi, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City reopened this February! I heard that it is now open for Kaku-uchi (corner drinking), so I gave it a try right away! The ample space almost makes you think it is a sake bar 😆. Now, let's try the "Chocotrail" to compare the sake! Seikagami Junmai Ginjo Princess Michiko Sweet aroma and taste reminiscent of the morning dew of a rose🌹! Perhaps it is my imagination, but it has a unique elegance and dignity. I love you and feel like I'm making love to you

Good morning, I've been looking for a new yeast for a while now. This is my favorite Princess Michiko yeast guy I have ever had.

Purchased at a nearby liquor store. Often found at member liquor stores of the Japan Meimon Sake Kai. If you are interested, search for "Meimon Sake Kai". You will find many sake that can only be found at member stores. Gentle aroma. The taste is refreshing at first and gradually mellows out and settles down. It has an elegant taste, so I think it is better to drink it by itself rather than as a food sake. I found out that it has won an award in the hot-sake heating contest in the value lukewarm category. I drank it cold this time, so I would like to try it lukewarm next time.

The color was slightly yellowish. At first, the refreshing acidity was impressive. As it was drunk, the taste became lighter and lighter, and the aftertaste disappeared, allowing it to be drunk smoothly.
