Purchased at liquor stores. Rarity is high in some areas.
Originally put aside for the first sake of the year, but due to the high rarity of Kangiku, as mentioned in my last post, this is the second bottle this year.
Cold sake.
Aroma of citrus fruits.
Very fresh and gorgeous flavor. Quite a bit of piquancy among the new sakes I've had recently.
It also has the acidity characteristic of Hiragane. It has a refreshing aftertaste.
Recommended for sake beginners.
Purchased at a liquor store.
Rarity is normal?
Cold sake.
Mature aroma like banana.
With a sake level of -6, I felt it was classified as sweeter than other Harushika. The characteristic mouthfeel, calmness, and sharpness of Harushika are still present.
The aftertaste is rather long.
Personally, I like this sake more than any other Harushika sake.
Recommended for sake beginners.
Purchased at liquor stores.
Rarity is very high in some places. Sake from Miyazaki Prefecture was not available anywhere, and I was finally able to purchase it.
With this, I have finally conquered the sake of each prefecture. I have been swamped with sake for about three and a half years. It seems like a long time, but it was short.
Cold sake.
Not much aroma.
It is a little heavy, with a sour taste at the beginning, but gradually a unique flavor develops. It has a slight shochu-like flavor, probably due to its Miyazaki origin, including preconceived notions. It has a heaviness and depth of flavor different from sake from Hokuriku and San'in regions.
The aftertaste is sharp and lingers normally.
We had it with chicken tataki from Miyazaki Prefecture. It would go well with dishes with strong flavors and dried fish.
Suitable for intermediate to advanced drinkers.
Good morning, Mr. Eezy! ☀️Good morning for conquering the whole country 🎊🎉🎊㊗️
Good job on conquering the difficult task in Miyazaki😊😚👍Let's keep on drinking lots of good sake🥳.
Congratulations on your national conquest 🎉🎊, Eiji-san!
It's great that you got Miyazaki sake and conquered it ✨Will you do a second round? Keep enjoying your sake life 😊🎶.
Good morning, Eezy 😃.
Congratulations on your national conquest ㊗️🗾🎉
Kagoshima-Miyazaki is a shochu culture area, and it's not easy to traverse it. Your encounter with Sentoku is also a sake fate 🍶Continue to have a wonderful sake life!
Thank you all for your comments 😊.
After having conquered the whole country, I realized once again that sake is very deep, as each region has its own characteristics and trends in taste and aroma, and each prefecture is also divided into different regions 😂.
I will continue to enjoy the sake life!
There's more past drinking and outside drinking 🤣.
Kirinzan Potari Potari Gohyakumangoku (Junmai Ginjyo Nama sake)
Unlike Koshitanrei, this one is very juicy in both aroma and taste. ❗️
It's really like a white grape!
The sweet and sour taste reminds me of wine. ❗️
This one is also nostalgic and delicious👍
I never finish drinking out of the past 🤣.
Kirinzan Potari Potari Koshi-tanrei (Junmai Ginjyo Nama Shu)
Comparison of origin drinking
When I think back, drinking at a corner bar in Arakawa-ku, Tokyo at the time of the new year and posting it was the beginning of my life as a sakeshop owner!
With such deep emotion, I will drink it for the first time in a long time!
The aroma is the same, but the taste is sweet and tasty, reminiscent of Japanese pears!
And then, the modest bitterness that follows afterwards!
Ah, this is it!
I miss the old days.
And it's still delicious: ❗️
I'll make love to you
Then Ura-nabeshima Junmai Ginjo
This one has a more subdued flavor than the raw one.
Well, of course it is 😁.
Elegant pear 🍐 sweet and sour with just the right amount of bitterness 👍
As the temperature rises, the bitterness gradually becomes more pronounced.
Well, of course 😄.
Chichi, my best friend forever, also here: 🙇♂️
Following Miko's lead, a luxurious drinking comparison✨
I guess the raw sake tastes better 😊.
Well, it's only natural 😁.
Haruei Chichi, good evening 🌃😀
What a luxury to compare Ura-Nabeshima 😚Nabeshima is something I can't find in my hometown 😊I'm jealous of the raw and the back 🥺✨.
Haruei Chichi, good evening 🌙 Ura-nabe-sama - this line-up is numbing ✨😆 I haven't had Ura-nabe-jima yet, so I'm really jealous of being able to compare the drinks ✨.
⭐︎
Good morning, Chichi!
Jungin of Nabeshima, note the opening of the bottle. I can imagine what it tastes like.
I have been wanting to drink Nabeshima for the first time in a while.
Hello Duke Shibusawa 😃.
Sorry for the delay 🙏.
I'm ❗️
I'm the kind of person who gets scared when I see the "beware of opening the bottle" tag, but I end up reaching for it 🤣.
Drink in the past, drink out of the past, drink in the past, drink out of the past, drink in the past
This is a luxury, drinking comparison of Ura-nabe-sama: ❗️
Yome's tension is higher than mine ⤴️ and reached the highest ‼️
Naturally, the raw version has a more flamboyant aroma and taste.
The sweetness of the pear and the sourness of the strawberry are well combined.
And the pizzazz...
That's what I'm talking about 👍
Haruei Chichi, hey there. I'm so glad to hear that 😄
I'm so jealous 😱 I didn't get to meet you this year, so next year will be the year! 😱I'm so jealous 😱 🤤I didn't get to meet you this year, so next year will be the year! 😤😤.
Hello Comrade Manachy 😃.
Sorry for the late response 🙏.
In conclusion, both of them must be delicious, but I prefer the raw sake with the pichischuwa feeling: ❤️
Hello, Director Choroki 😃.
Sorry for the late response 🙏.
I'm surprised to hear that you drank the raw sake before your boss did 😁.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on it someday ❗️
MAJ, here you are too😊.
It's really the height of luxury, isn't it?
It's not often you can compare a secret sake: ❗️
I guess it's a good thing that the world has become a better place for drinkers 😆.
I'm accumulating unposted, but I'm also going out for a proper drink: ❗️
Long-established liquor store in Haruyoshi, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City reopened this February!
I heard that it is now open for Kaku-uchi (corner drinking), so I gave it a try right away!
The ample space almost makes you think it is a sake bar 😆.
Now, let's try the "Chocotrail" to compare the sake!
Seikagami Junmai Ginjo Princess Michiko
Sweet aroma and taste reminiscent of the morning dew of a rose🌹!
Perhaps it is my imagination, but it has a unique elegance and dignity.
I love you and feel like I'm making love to you
Hi Goonyi goo 😃.
Sorry for the late response 🙏.
Un, I saw your post ❗️
I would love to drink it again!
It would be fun to compare the same yeast drink 👍.
