After comparing 4 kinds of sake
There were too many snacks left, so we added more sake.
Since we were going on a trip, we thought it would be nice to have some local sake,
I thought it would be nice to have a sake that I could drink while I was there.
We chose a sake from Tenzan Shuzo, the brewer of Shichida,
I was surprised to learn that this sake is only distributed in Kyushu.
Today, July 3, is Wakanami Day🌊.
So I bought Tojo-produced Yamadanishiki, which is only available on Wakanami Day.
Cold sake
The aroma is like muscat.
Slightly gassy when opened.
Gentle umami and volume
Impression that it goes into the mouth easily.
Very easy to drink with little acidity.
It's getting hotter, so I opened a bottle of summer sake that had been sitting in the fridge for about a month.
It's Uguisu-chan, which has turned bright blue after spring has passed!
Cold sake
The aroma is like a modest banana.
It is light but has a good volume from the middle part of the bottle.
It has no peculiarities and can be drunk in large gulps.
I would like to pair it with summer vegetables.
Takaraiya for a long time

The aroma is subdued.
It has a light but hard core flavor.
Sharp and crisp.
Good sharpness
Purchased at a Wakanami tasting and sale before.
It's a raw Wakanami Jun Dai, which is only served at events.

Gorgeous aroma like muscat with a hint of sweetness.
It goes down smoothly on the palate with ease.
Very light with a hint of sweetness in the aftertaste.
After a day of drinking, it has a full-bodied sweetness.
It is a good value for money at around 3,000 yen!

In March, I attended a tasting at Sumiyoshi Sake Sales in Hakata Station, where the president of the company was 😍😍🙌⤴️⤴️
There were only a few customers, so I was super happy to confess my love for Wakanami while staring directly at the president's face 😂😍😍 lol.
Too bad I couldn't take a picture with him after that because I was busy with all the tasting customers coming in one after another 😂.

Mr. Nonaka, the president of the company, was there so I heard a lot of stories 😆.
There were a lot of extras (?) I also received a bromide of the president that I made a few years ago (photo is on the back) 🤭.
I heard that a sake event originally held in Tokyo will be held in Osaka next month due to the Expo.
I heard that Azumatsuru will be there too, so I might go there on my way back home 🤔.

Sweet and sour aroma
The taste is gentle, not lumpy, and it's made from a traditional sake yeast stock.
Less juicy and gorgeous than other limited edition sake.
but there is a hint of sweetness that is typical of Azumatsuru.

The sweetness spreads in the mouth first and the acidity gradually appears.
