＜Aroma and taste are the same.
The aroma is mild and not very noticeable.
The mouthfeel is like water. However, when the sake comes into contact with air in the mouth, sweet and bitter flavors appear with a hint of fragrance. The fragrance is very pleasant. The deliciousness of the rice, sweetness, and a slight alcohol taste are all there.
At the end, it disappears in a flash and is crisp, but there is still a hint of deliciousness somewhere, which makes me very happy.
There is a bit of bitterness, but it is a beautiful sake. It doesn't have a strong sense of maturity, but I can feel the accumulation of years. I looked up the name of this sake and found out that it is a Junmai Daiginjo blend of raw sake that has been aged at -10℃ in ice temperature and then heated just before shipping to seal in the mellow seasonal flavor. I see what you mean.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be Serine from "Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind". She is the daughter of the "forest people," a legendary tribe living in the Sea of Decomposition, who appear only in the original manga version. She is a beautiful girl, but she also has a mysterious atmosphere.

＜フルーティー なのに奥には クラシック＞
蔵元杜氏の加登仙一さんの経歴がめちゃくちゃ面白いんだけど、文字数制限のため省略。
香りは、甘旨アルぽわん。バナナとお米の旨さとわずかにメロン。良いですねえ。
口に含むと、優しい甘酸がふわり。甘酸フルーティーからの、気持ち良い苦旨がほわん。うまーーー！！！
基本はモダンフルーティーなんだけど、どこかクラシックな奥深さと複雑さがあります。面白い美味しさ。
温まってくると、酸が立って、キウイ感が出てくるのも面白いですね。

＜Aged, tender, sweet and delicious.

I love Hanamup so much. I love it so much that I order it whenever I see it, but it's been more than a year since I last saw you. I missed you so much.
The aroma is fruity and the sweetness of the rice is beautifully sweet. I can't get enough of it.
The mouthfeel is gently fruity with a hint of sweetness and acidity. From there, a beautiful syrupy sweetness and the rich umami of rice gently fills the mouth. The sweetness of the syrup and the richness of the rice flavor gently wafts over the palate.
Ho-wa-ama-unmaa-ooooo!
The sweetness is very gentle and rich, but a pleasant bitterness appears softly at the end and finishes the taste nicely.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, I would compare it to the girl with wings in "On Your Mark. On Your Mark" is a short film of less than 7 minutes made as a music video for Chage & Aska. ＜Sweet and juicy, mellow but still firm.
This sake came in second place among the 423 cups drunk last year in 2021. It is a spring limited edition sake from Kudoki-Ue. It was very delicious.
The aroma is sweet alpine. Rice, melon sweetness, and ecstatic alcohol. There is a clear alcohol taste, but it is not unpleasant at all. It is a happy aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it is sweet and juicy. It has a rich sweetness like melon rice syrup, and the acidity, umami, and bitterness in the back gives it depth. From there, the umami bitterness gradually swells, and the sweet alkali aroma is a delight.
Umma!
It is so delicious!
However, it is regrettable that it does not reach last year's impression. Well, it was a bit hard on the first day last year, too, and it was only a week after opening the bottle that I was impressed.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be like the girl in "The Wind Rises" who Jiro, the main character, tries to "give" Siberia, a sweet, but she doesn't accept it. She is cute and has the potential to become a beautiful woman in the future. But her expression is still very stiff.
