In my opinion, this was the best dish of the night. It was so delicious. It was refreshing without being like a Japanese wine. It's just like white wine. It's so good. This might be one of my top 3 sakes of all time. I can drink it many times over. Aiyama 39%. Five million gems 37%. Yamadanishiki 23%.

Hmmm...a bit like old school sake? I guess 🙄 I feel like I can drink it 🙄 but it's not easy to drink, in my opinion 🙂
