Third cup. Let's go with the dry taste. I've been on a lot of business trips, so I'd better get home. I feel like I'm pulling back my hair. But I got some souvenirs from three people who were with me. I'll enjoy them at home. I will contact you when I go to Morioka and Ichinoseki, so please let me have a drink again. Skepticism This junmai-shu is brewed with locally grown Miyamanishiki using the nama-moto method. The brewers at Tsukinowa Sake Brewery designed and brewed this sake using Miyamanishiki, and aimed to create a sake that is full of flavor and sharp. Look out for the never-before-seen label and taste! We recommend heating it up for the coming cold season.

The second drink of the Tohoku off-line meeting We will attack in Iwate! Jun Gin It's delicious, and has a lot of Ginjo aroma! We are getting to know each other. A lot of knowledge Hirai Rokemon Shinboshi Shinboshi is a Junmai Ginjo-shu with a dignified upward aroma reminiscent of melons and strawberries, and a fresh fruit aroma. It is made from Gin Otome, a sake rice produced in Iwate Prefecture, and is carefully fermented at low temperatures using a blend of yeasts. The original 14% alcohol content sake is bottled after being heated to create a smooth drinking experience. This sake should be served chilled. I participated in the first off-line meeting in Tohoku! After finishing work, we headed north and entered Morioka! I met three people for the first time, and they were all fun people! Akatake got a ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ at Sake no Wa! We had a newborn! It's sweet and tasty for a Junmai! We were also able to connect with Nagoya and Kyushu via zoom! I'm so glad I came😊! great knowledge NEWBORN means "just born" or "new born". It is a limited edition sake bottled just as it was born. The aroma of fruit swells in the mouth, and the acidity in the back end creates a refreshing crispness. You can enjoy the gas, freshness and sharpness of this new sake.

We finished tonight's dinner with a "Kamesen". I know it's sweet, but I thought it might be a good choice for an aperitif or after-dinner drink. As I expected, the after-party was more exciting than drinking, so we were grateful to have friends with whom we could talk frankly.

In my opinion, this was the best dish of the night. It was so delicious. It was refreshing without being like a Japanese wine. It's just like white wine. It's so good. This might be one of my top 3 sakes of all time. I can drink it many times over. Aiyama 39%. Five million gems 37%. Yamadanishiki 23%.
