We actually had a little of this before the birthday party started As an aperitif. One of the guests had to leave for work and couldn't make it on time, so we had a light drink 🍶. I had never had this before in Tenmei! I thought it tasted like peach from the name, and it was indeed a juicy peach 🍑! Maybe similar to my favorite Winter Moon. I'm looking forward to this one as I have a reservation for December and Winter Moon coming up soon 😋. Here is a list of the sake available today at the restaurant! Now, it's hard to choose which one to drink! extensive knowledge Tenmei MITSUGO "Momo" Nama Moto Junmai Nama Shu is a nama sake made from Omachi sake produced in Hiroshima Prefecture. The main aroma is reminiscent of ripe bananas, with fresh notes of melon and kosui pear. The ori content is low, about 1%, so there is no ori smell, and a trace amount of gas gives it a freshness. As it rolls around in the mouth, one senses a complex yet clean sweetness derived from the nama-moto, a soft richness reminiscent of milk, and a gentle taste that is easy on the body as it smoothly disappears down the throat.

Good evening, Shin Shin SY 🌆. I also drank this drink the other day and got the impression that it was an alcoholic version of the peach natural water that was popular in the past😘. Hugh Hugh❣️❣️
