I saw it on a liquor store's Instagram on my way home and bought it immediately!
Because when it's super limited, you have to buy it right away, right?
The aroma is gorgeous and sweet!
When you drink it, you get a tingling sensation and a sweet and sour taste!
It's really pineapple!
I paired it with tomato stewed chicken.
The sourness of the tomatoes does not overpower the flavor of the chicken.
Eririn said I should have bought pineapple, so I prepared pineapple too!

Today, I opened a bottle of Fujinzo, which I bought along with Yaminari Shusui.
The label is really cool!
The name "Kazejin" comes from the wind god who controls the wind that blows from the sky.
The aroma is gorgeous and sweet!
When you drink it, the sweetness is just a little bit, and the rice flavor comes and goes quickly!
As the name suggests, I think you can feel the wind in the air.
Because it is a Daiginjo, it has a good aftertaste, and because it is unfiltered, it is made to make the most of the flavor of the rice.

I just wanted to drink it last year, but I couldn't. Yami Narumi Akisui.
This year, I saw it in a liquor store installation on my way home from work and bought it immediately👍.
And I had it with sushi!
It has a gorgeous aroma and a slight foam.
It goes well with scallops.
Because the rice is polished well, there is no miscellaneous taste, and the mouthfeel is light and moderately sweet.
I'm going to work tomorrow, but I'm still going to drink this!
