Today, I bought a bottle of Banjo Kotobuki at a liquor store on my way home from work.
It was my first time drinking Panjo Kotobuki, but it was also my first time drinking fizzy Kijyo-shu.
I was expecting it to be sweet, but it is not.
It has a mild alcohol content of 7 degrees.
The aroma, sweetness, and fizziness are gentle😊.
I think it goes well with tempura 🍤
It was my first time tasting it and it was a lot of firsts!
