As it is a limited edition of Akagi, we were given a bottle of Choumasan Nigori Nigihara Genshu.
It is made with Nadeshiko's flower yeast.
Gorgeous aroma.
I know it's called dry, but it was pleasantly sweet, slightly fizzy and easy to drink!
From what I found out, there's a real mountain in Akita called Mt. Chokai!
It is tinged.
Strong and dry. Aftertaste.
The unique softness of microfoaming remains.
