sikamaruThe goose egg was served at this restaurant before. It was delicious then, too, but I was not able to check it in. This time it seemed quite sweet, but it was my third cup and the meal was at the end of the day, and it seemed sweet, so I am not confident in my evaluation of the sake as a stand-alone taste. It was delicious. sikamaruThe first cup of omakase. Since the server knew what I liked, it was a clear, sweet and tasty sake. I have been curious about this sake, which I have recently been calling a "four-character idiomatic" type sake (I named it as such). I am glad to be able to drink the omakase, which I would not be able to buy myself for a while. sikamaruThe second glass of omakase. It has a stronger umami flavor than the previous Amami, and tastes more like sake. It was as if the taste of the sushi and the sake respected each other. sikamaruThe first drink that came out of the omakase. I was wondering whether I should buy it myself. But both Omachi and Yamada-Nishiki looked so good that I was wondering which one to buy and ended up not buying. It was light and fizzy, but had a delicious umami and sweetness.
