The first cup of omakase. Since the server knew what I liked, it was a clear, sweet and tasty sake. I have been curious about this sake, which I have recently been calling a "four-character idiomatic" type sake (I named it as such). I am glad to be able to drink the omakase, which I would not be able to buy myself for a while.
