The goose egg was served at this restaurant before. It was delicious then, too, but I was not able to check it in. This time it seemed quite sweet, but it was my third cup and the meal was at the end of the day, and it seemed sweet, so I am not confident in my evaluation of the sake as a stand-alone taste. It was delicious.
