The 2000 check-in was chosen for the cold chrysanthemum. It is clear and gentle, with a light sweetness and flavor, as it has been polished to 29%. However, compared to the usual Kangiku, it seems a little too thin and elegant. Recently, I tend to be attracted to sake with low rice polishing and low sake lees ratio.

Thank you, TOMO: 🙇‍♂️ I guess tastes do change. I think to myself how I kept checking in without getting bored more often than I drank 2000 in about 5 years 😅. Is it the charm of Sake no Wa...?
