I also have to drink some local Kanagawa sake😊This time it's Matsu Midori's S.tokyo✨Sake made with Saccharomyces tokyo NAKAZAWA yeast, which is like the second oldest yeast in Japan among sake yeasts.
The aroma is mild and there is no gas.
It has a soft mouthfeel with a grape-like sweetness and a spreadable umami taste that I really like 😍, and the acidity slowly tightens it up.
The body is quite thick with good flavor, I like it but I want to drink it over time! I wish so much 🍶.
