KayoDelicious. What is this?
Hiraizumi's Yamahai is really great. It betrays us every time.
I imagined that it would be a strong Yamahai, but it is not!
It has a rich milky aroma and sweetness, just like a special thick milk candy. Is it because of the low alcohol content of summer sake? It's not too sweet and goes down smoothly, so you don't get tired of drinking it at all.
It's delicious! KayoThe sweetness of the freshly cooked rice comes in a whiff, followed by the sharpness of the summer sake. Delicious. Fuji, even if it becomes a tin, the outline is not so sharp, and the soft flavor spreads in the mouth, very comfortable to drink ♫ KayoMelon. Or rather, the white part of a melon.
It's not that lumpy, but as you move on to Fuji and Tin, the contours become more solid and you get the sweet dense feeling of hiragana takachi-yo.
It's been a long time since I've had it, and it's delicious! KayoGood!
It's malic acid!
Sweet and sour followed by a mouth full of tingling.
Perfect for summer. Delicious ♫ KayoI'm most comfortable with the taste of astringent grapefruit.
Different from the usual Shichida.
It's quite alcoholic, but delicious! KayoGentle sweetness
A little yogurt-like?
Perhaps because it is a summer sake, it has less of an Oumine-like habit.
However, when it becomes a tin, it has an Oumine-like texture on the tongue.
KayoLately there have been a lot of clear, muddy ones, but this one is an unexpected sludge!
But the taste is delicious and sharp!
It's like eating sakekasu (sake lees), a strange sensation of sludge followed by a quick kick. KayoYes, it's delicious!
Great for a change of taste when having multiple servings.
The acidity is not unpleasant. It has a nice sharpness, so it's not too hard to enjoy.
It is very dry, but not too sour.
It's freshly packed, yet it has this refreshing feeling.
Good for summer. KayoIt's been a while since my last sake 🍶 after Corona.
Sake I'm making on 6/6 with #6 yeast.
Gentle lactic acid aroma.
It has the usual grapey feeling, but it disappears quickly.
It is refreshing.
The acidity doesn't get too strong in the tin.
Delicious grape water. KayoDelicious!
Nice acidity!
I had a strong image of sweetness in its appearance, but the sourness makes it easy to enjoy! KayoSweet aroma.
Fresh carbonation after a gentle sweetness.
Fresh acidity increases with ceramic, Fuji, and tin, in that order.
Delicious~! KayoThe sweetness is thick!
Ripe bananas?
But it's followed by a tingling alcohol sensation.
It's a dessert. It makes me want to eat vanilla ice cream. KayoFirst time for me.
The china is delicious, with a sweet, dark Oumachi taste followed by a sourness that comes through in the nose.
Fuji has a more pronounced sourness on the nose.
The tin has a clear sweetness that is more pronounced.
It is said that there are only a few stores that carry it.
The tingling after drinking is nice. KayoSuper dry raw.
Somehow incompatible but delicious.
I like the sultry acidity that comes after the soft sweetness. KayoThere is nothing bad about Nabeshima.
It's good in summer, and has a cool, crisp, fruity feeling that goes right up your nose.
It certainly feels like the air on a summer night. KayoAfter Yamamoto and Shinsei, I think it's a bit inferior...
But of course it's delicious.
It's not too sweet for being cloudy.
After it goes down your throat, the sourness will follow it.
It might be good for those who like dry sake. KayoYummmmmm!
Super juicy kyoho grapes.
Oh, it's so delicious!
I love it!
Delicious no matter which sake cup you use ♫ KayoIt's a white wine because it uses wine yeast!
It has a gentle and moderate sweetness and a soft acidity that escapes through the nose.
It goes well with Japanese food. KayoWe get Hideyoshi at Hideyoshi!
Tin or Fuji is delicious!
The tin is mellow for 13 degrees.
But both have the same refreshing flavor.
It's sweet, but it's always been there, so it's good as a summer sake.
I like the tin's crisp sweetness and acidity, which breaks up the tin's stagnation ♫. KayoThe two distribution bottles are Ecru sparklers.
This one is clear with no oli involved.
So, you get a sense of the grapes in the new Masa.
Since it is sparkling, it is very sharp and the tin is delicious with added acidity.
The ceramic also has a decent sourness that goes through the nose.
