It's been a while since my last sake 🍶 after Corona. Sake I'm making on 6/6 with #6 yeast. Gentle lactic acid aroma. It has the usual grapey feeling, but it disappears quickly. It is refreshing. The acidity doesn't get too strong in the tin. Delicious grape water.
