It is a dry sake with a moderate sweetness that goes down easy 🍶.
Saku and Jikin are the representative brands of Mie sake, but other sake are also high quality and delicious! たっつうThe second sake I had because the brewer of Nagaragawa was at the restaurant.
It had a subtle sweetness and sharpness that made it a good choice for a mid-meal drink! たっつうOn a day trip to Nagoya, I went to a liquor store to have a corner drink.
The first drink was Hyakujuro.
I had an image of it being dry, but it was fresh, with a unique sourness and a melon-like fruity taste. 🙆♂️
It was a nice sake! たっつうThe second drink was a local Nagoya sake, Taka-no-Yume's original, which was recommended by the waitress.
I thought it was a good drink for the coming season because it was light and refreshing like a summer sake. 🏝️
By the way, it seems to be an assemblage of nama-shu and hi-ire-shu 🍶. たっつうWe stopped by Sakeya Otake in Sakae on a sightseeing tour of Nagoya.
