It is a dry sake with a moderate sweetness that goes down easy 🍶.
Saku and Jikin are the representative brands of Mie sake, but other sake are also high quality and delicious!

The second sake I had because the brewer of Nagaragawa was at the restaurant.
It had a subtle sweetness and sharpness that made it a good choice for a mid-meal drink!

The first drink was Hyakujuro.
I had an image of it being dry, but it was fresh, with a unique sourness and a melon-like fruity taste. 🙆♂️
