Gassy, sweet and tasty like a rummy. It's like a fresh sake. The light taste is perfect for summer, but not too thin and drinkable, which I like very much. I think I prefer it to the EVOKE I had the other day 🤔. I really like the emerald blue letters and the thin denim patterned label, which gives it a summery feel. I like it better when it's cooled down because it gets a little bitter as the temperature rises.

Nice to meet you bouken✨I always refer to your reviews 😊. I just bought this one the other day and I'm really looking forward to drinking it, even though it's fire-brewed it's still very drinkable 😆. The summery label is also suggestive 🎵.

Nice to meet you Kotaro😊Thank you for all your ♥🙇. It tasted like fresh sake with lots of bubbles in the glass when it was opened 😍. It tasted like summer too 😋. I look forward to your INDIGO review, Kotaro 😃.

The sake that kan and Nemuchi said was good kanjis 😁. I suddenly wanted to drink it and went to Nara 🙄. There is only one shop in Nara to handle in Kansai.... I think I had a near miss with Mr. Wakata when I went to buy this sake 😳. It seems the timing was such that if it had been a little off, I think we would have met. Well, I've never run into anyone from Sake-no-Wa at a liquor store 🤔. I've had fire-brewed versions of this sake in the past, but this is the first time I've had it raw. I've had Kanto-no-Hana (from the same brewery), but this is my first time to try the Sacred Sake. It is slightly effervescent, moderately sweet, and bitter. The aroma and bitterness are reminiscent of citrus. After a few days from opening the bottle, the sourness became more pronounced. I think it tastes better if it is left in the fridge for a little longer than if it is freshly opened 🤔. I wish there were more stores where I could buy it... The lid is very hard, but I wonder if it's made hard so that it won't fly off because of the strong gas?

Bou-chan, isn't it nice kanjis 😁. It's an Olympic year 😊 but I didn't know you went to Nara to buy it 😅 I'm on my way to Kokura 🏇 hahaha😁.

Good evening Mr. Wakata😃 I think it is possible in Osaka, but it would be a great coincidence if we met in Nara 😁This is my second time in total and I rarely go to this place 🤔Next time I want to drink hijirizumu 😋.

The other day, right before the rainy season, I went to Nara with my family 🚗 to participate in the Nara Mystery Solving Temple Tour event. We participated in the Nara Riddle Solving Temple Tour event👍We walked around Nara a lot😅But solving the riddles was more fun than I thought it would be 🔍. We were exhausted, so we stopped by Abetaya and had a chilled holy 😋💕 to relieve our exhaustion when we got home. Cool bottle with denim label. The first sip with a sense of fresh gasiness that is typical of Saint: ❣️ The elegant aroma comes in a flurry, and the balance of umami and exquisite acidity. This is delicious. ❤️ Since it is a low-alcoholic original sake with an alcohol content of 14 degrees, it is refreshing and light, and we, tired people, drank it in no time💦.

Hi Wakata 😃. Sounds like a fun event to walk around like that 🤗We'll probably stop at a pub soon after we join 🤣. Hi, I'm from Kochira, Japan! It's one of the top rated saké wine that I'd like to try right now 🤗.

Good morning, Kozo 😃Holy is good in all of them, but the summer sake (not that I've had that many) is especially refreshing 🥲 because the stores that carry it are in neighboring prefectures ❤️ and it's hard to get to them 🥲.

This is 300ml bottle of Masumi. This is Suzumizake, cool sake for summer time. As I trid this, I felt refreshing taste like Natsuzake. Aroma is very rich and tastes fruity, but it doesn't annoyingly last because of No.7 yeast, I guess. It's very good with Japanese dishes and seafood like sashimi.

Narasake saru
This is a very special Kazenomori bottle. It's so fruity and has a little acidity because of lactic acid. It's a memorial bottle of the collaboration with the Kintetsu railway. Actually, a QRL code is described on the label and you can book a tour of Yucho brewery on March 20.

The label is so sick and reminds you of Japanese mythology. This is brewed by Bodaimoto, a traditional brewing method since Muromachi period. As I tried this, I was surprised that it's very smooth. This is hardly brewed, so quite a few bottles are for sale, but it's worth of trying it.

I bought it at a liquor store in Nara. They didn't have the sake I was looking for, so I chose this one even though I could buy Kurouemon locally or nearby. It's spell time 🧙. Jurodai Kurouemon Ah no ma🎵 dry and crumbly Kimoto Aiyama🎵 😸😸😸😸😸 😸 I was prepared for this but it was easier to open than I thought. It's very refreshing and has a nice acidity. I'm not a fan of the Aisan style. I'm not sure what to make of it. As written on the back, you can feel the strength. I drank about 80% of it on the day I opened it because it was so refreshing. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great.

Ane-san, good evening 😀. It's delicious, but not very Aisan-like 😅 I think it's better to leave it for a few days to get rid of the gas so you can get a glimpse of Aisan.

Good evening, bouken❗️ It's been a while since I've had an Aiyama spell 😆. We are in the same prefecture, but Abetaya is so far away that I can only go there once a month😭. It's a really nice place with a good selection of drinks from inside and outside of the prefecture😄.

Good evening, Mr. Hichisan✨. I suddenly wanted to drink this, so I went to Abetaya that had it in stock online😁. I thought it was mainly Nara sake, but I was surprised to find a wide range of sake from all over Japan 😛 .
