The sake that kan and Nemuchi said was good kanjis 😁. I suddenly wanted to drink it and went to Nara 🙄. There is only one shop in Nara to handle in Kansai.... I think I had a near miss with Mr. Wakata when I went to buy this sake 😳. It seems the timing was such that if it had been a little off, I think we would have met. Well, I've never run into anyone from Sake-no-Wa at a liquor store 🤔. I've had fire-brewed versions of this sake in the past, but this is the first time I've had it raw. I've had Kanto-no-Hana (from the same brewery), but this is my first time to try the Sacred Sake. It is slightly effervescent, moderately sweet, and bitter. The aroma and bitterness are reminiscent of citrus. After a few days from opening the bottle, the sourness became more pronounced. I think it tastes better if it is left in the fridge for a little longer than if it is freshly opened 🤔. I wish there were more stores where I could buy it... The lid is very hard, but I wonder if it's made hard so that it won't fly off because of the strong gas?

Hi bouken 😃It would have been interesting to meet you at Abetuya, but I missed you 😅The Saint is an amazing warehouse because I think I would have loved it no matter which one I drank ✨.

Good evening Mr. Wakata😃 I think it is possible in Osaka, but it would be a great coincidence if we met in Nara 😁This is my second time in total and I rarely go to this place 🤔Next time I want to drink hijirizumu 😋.
