(I wonder how many years it has been since I have abstained from drinking for 3 days😅)

I imagined it to be fruity because the sake rice is Akita Sake Komachi, but...
It is fruity 😍.
And yet, the taste is refreshing ← this is a bad boy 😱.

The aroma is full of sake, but when you take a sip...oh my 💦 it's modern and light 😅.
The taste changes when you change the glass to an inokuchi (cup), which also gives it a "nice" taste 😍.

I was going to bring Omachi rice and Yamada Nishiki, but...
But we were too late and the Yamadanishiki was not able to be served 🥲.
So, I recommended it to my wife and she opened the bottle 🍶.
I wanted to enjoy the changed state after the bottle was opened, so I had it 3 days later 😋.
The aroma is so fruity and quintessential Omine-san ❗️ that it is hard to believe it is 3 days after opening the bottle 😋.
I felt it was a little bit sticky, but the wife said it was momantai 😅.

The aroma doesn't seem to be that assertive...but when you take a sip.... It has a bitter taste like ❓❓, but the aftertaste is clean and disappears in a flash. This is delicious. ❗️ and the wife both said it was delicious. It's perfect as a food wine 😋😋😋.
The more you drink, the more addictive the flavor becomes.
I don't know what it is ⁉️, but it was so easy to drink that the bottle was empty before you knew it 😱.

I can feel the fruity and a hint of lactic acidity ←I don't understand 😱Mrs.😱Wife, who is not good at lactic acidity, immediately said "nn⁉️😣" with a reluctant face 😅.
When you take a sip, you will find that the aroma is very refreshing.
First of all, I feel sweetness, but it is not fruity, but a complex taste from the sweetness of rice. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing, and you are waiting for the next sip. It was a delicious sake that could be drunk smoothly 😋. 
バウムToday's sake is one of our family's staples, "Tasake" light nigori (light nigori) 🍶.
It's been a while since we've found several kinds of Tasake at the liquor store 💡, but as is standard these days, each person is tagged with a bottle of one of these 😱.
After much deliberation, I chose the light nigori 😍.
Let's start with the aroma. The aroma conveys a sense of clarity. A little bit of the top clearness... sweet, tasty, and refreshingly dry. First you feel the sweetness, then it disappears quickly and the dryness spreads in your mouth. ⁉️ expression muzu 😂.
And then I mix the nigori and get the real thing 🍶. It's a little mellow and perfectly balanced 🥰.

バウムThe second revival sake is "Suitama" by Ryoseki Shuzo, a recent favorite of mine 🍶.
The last one we drank was the back, so this time it was a Junmai Ginjo from the royal road ⁉️ 😀.
The wife chose Ryoseki Shuzo as it was her first time to drink it and she seems to like it.
The aroma is still fruity.
The mouthfeel is clean and flows smoothly. The sake is also smooth and doesn't linger in a good way. It is also fresh and easy to drink.
