This is also a summer yago. 100% Yamadanishiki. The aroma is slightly rummy and the color is a light yellow. The color is light yellow, and the taste is lighter than that of MOMO. Izumihashi's summer sake, Natsuyago MOMO13, is already available. I think the sake shop owner told me that the rice used to make this sake is called "Jinriki"... I found out that it is called MOMO because the noge of the rice called "Jinriki" is pink in color. The sake is a beautiful yellow color. The aroma is lactobacillus type. It has a deep flavor because it is a blend of aged sake, and it also has a lightness that is typical of low-alcohol sake. It has a strong acidity, perfect for early summer.

It was getting hot, so I stopped by the liquor store thinking I'd have a lemon sour with Kinmiya and Tomomasu, and I bought a bottle of Kangiku without even thinking about it. The aroma is fresh and fizzy. It is not very fruity, but I feel it is a good example of a modern production of sake with a strong effervescence and a bit of fruity flavor. I ended up buying some Kinmiya as well. I have no regrets.

Sagaminada's last draft sake of the season. This is a solid Junmai sake that can be described as Sagaminada. The flavor of rice is amazing! The alcohol feeling is very strong. It's wonderful.

Zanso Hourai is brewed with white malted rice. Oh, it is delicious. It has a strange sourness, like plum wine without the plum. It must be the citric acid from the white malted rice that gives it this unique sourness! It's also delicious! Zanzou Hourai is never a disappointment.

The first brand name, Haginotsuru. The label is cute. The aroma is nice. Fruity apple aroma. Gentle sweetness. There is also a sourness, and the apple-like flavor is draining away. Ahhh, it's a sake that relaxes the heart. Uma~.

Junmai Ginjo, Yamadanishiki from Sagaminada. The last Miyamanishiki was not a good match, but how about this one? When the bottle is opened, the fresh ginjo aroma is quite promising. It has a robust and solid flavor typical of Sagaminada - full of umami and sweetness - and a touch of austerity... It's like Sagaminada of Sagaminada~! I am not sure what to think.

Fukkomachi recommended by a liquor store. This is my first time to try this brand. Fruity apple aroma. The sweetness is moderate with a hint of bitterness. This bitterness lingers in the mouth for a long time. It is very tasty.

Junmai Daiginjo from Kangiku. Fruity aroma spreads when the bottle is opened. The sweet and sourness spreads with a whiff. There is no dullness, and the sensation disappears softly. It is delicious.

Junmai Ginjo Dewa Sanzu from Zancho Hourai. Unlike the Queen and Shiboritate Junmai, this one has a subdued effervescence when the bottle is opened. It is a fairly dark yellow color. The slightly smoky and tangy taste is in good harmony with the fruitiness typical of Zancho Hourai. It is also quite delicious. The fizziness can be felt well on the tongue. The three battles of Zanso Hourai in the spring, all of them were a bonanza.

Junmai Shiboritate of Zanso Hourai. Like Queen, this one also has great gas when opened. The aroma is very Junmai-like, with a strong aroma of rice. It is hard to imagine from the Zancho that it is a solid Junmai sake. Another good sake. It is cheap and delicious. The black-labeled special junmai Shiboritate was fruity, but this one is on the high road of junmai sake. The higher alcohol content is also a big hit.

Zanso Hourai Queen. great gas when opened. There is a hint of berry-like aroma. It is very tasty, sweet and sour with a hint of berry-like aroma. I bought three bottles at once: Queen, Shiboritate, and Dewa Sanzan. I think I can spend happy days for a while. But the liquor store had a lot more stuff in stock that I want to drink, like Fusano Kangiku and Tanzawa, and I also want to go buy Tenmei no Nakatori Kougo, and I have too many things to think about, like refrigerator space, drinking pace, and my wife's mood! Wild, isn't it?

Junmai Ginjyo Miyamanishiki from Sagaminada. A clean aroma of rice. It has a chemical taste that I don't like for Sagaminada. I sometimes feel this chemical taste when I drink sake. What is it? The base flavor is don't miss it, though. Maybe I was a little disappointed, or maybe I was expecting too much.

This is one of the bottles recommended by the liquor store, Jyosu Mori. It has a bread-like aroma and a blurry feel that is probably unfiltered. Whoa, this is a strange sensation. On the palate, the taste is rich and dense, but after swallowing, the impression changes to a lighter one. I was told that this sake is not made in three stages, but in one. Sake really has a lot of depth, doesn't it?

Freshly squeezed Zanko Horai. As the endorsement says, it has a gorgeous aroma. The sourness comes to the fore in this refreshing, fresh sake. A hint of melon-like sweetness comes later. From the label, I imagined it to be a stiff sake like Shoryu Hourai, but it turned out to be a gorgeous Zanshourai. The sake from Kanagawa is really delicious.

Junmai Ginjo unfiltered undiluted sake from Izumibashi. I don't think I've had many sakes made with Yamada Nishiki...it's a Yamada Nishiki from Kanagawa Prefecture, isn't it? There is a faint ramune type ginjo aroma. Ooh, I like the unique flavors like tanned leather. Both of the Izumibashi I bought today were a big hit. But if they ship two kinds of Izumibashi and Matsumidori at once, I'm no match for them. I'd buy both...

Lightly nigori of Izumibashi. It is thick and has a sweet ginjo aroma. Oh, this is delicious. The name "Sakura - lightly nigori" fits it perfectly. It's full of sweetness and flavor, and the refreshing aftertaste reminds me of the springtime sun. I want to drink it while watching cherry blossoms! I had a hard time deciding which to buy, the unfiltered Junmai Ginjo or the unfiltered Junmai Ginjo, and I ended up buying both, but it was a good decision.
