Tsururei no Yukio. A crisp and sharp Junmai sake. It has a strong rice flavor. The taste is exactly as described on the label. On a tired day, you want to drink a bottle that is sure to be a winner.
This is also recommended by the liquor store, Hiroki. I knew Tobiroki from Fukushima, but I didn't know there was another brand called Hiroki in Iwate. It has a faint sweet aroma like green apples. The color looks very delicious. The rich flavor and sweetness spread out, and the freshness and richness that is typical of nama-zake are the most powerful impact I've had recently.
We will have two bottles recommended by the liquor store. The first one is Suifu Boast No. 10. He said it was similar to Zancho Horai Queen. Well, it certainly has similar sourness and sweetness. However, this one has a stronger fizziness and alcohol content, so it comes with a big thump. And the aftertaste is dry. This is quite tasty. I was not into the label, so I did not buy it.
Zanso Hourai Queen. one of the first bottles that got me hooked on low-Al zanso. The aroma is clean and refreshing. It's sweet and sour, fresh, crisp and tasty. I knew I had to try Zanzou.
Here it is - my favorite Zanso Hourai. Fresh aroma like green apple. Despite the sweet and sour aroma, it has a dry taste. After all, Zancho is delicious. It is a great technique to remove the sake-like taste without sacrificing the sake flavor. Kanagawa sake is delicious.
Summer Yago Blue at Izumibashi. Sweet aroma like banana. The color is a deep yellow. It has a strong flavor that is typical of the original sake. It is full of umami, and the sweetness is almost completely enveloped by the astringency. But there is definitely sweetness. This is what makes it so delicious.
Matsumidori's Matsubiyu. I have been wanting to buy this Junmai sake for a long time. I finally got it. This is a great sake with good cost performance. It has a solid body, but has just the right amount of sweetness to make it easy to drink. I served it cold, but I think it would taste better cold or warmed.
The second day after opening the bottle. It was great when drunk cold, as the corners were removed. This is a great wine...it's sure to be too good when heated up. I wouldn't choose heated sake at the beginning of the rainy season, but...
Matsu Midori summer sake. I bought this twice last year. The fruity aroma typical of Omachi spreads. It is well tasty, wonderfully sweet, and fearlessly astringent. Ahhh, this is it. It's outstandingly delicious regardless of the season.
The first Izumi brand. I love white malted rice brewing. The clear aroma of rice. The fine bubbles are pleasant. The acidity, which is typical of white malted rice, is refreshing and the total balance is very good. It is a typical low-alcohol summer sake.
My first brand of purple space. I bought it at a local liquor store that I had not seen for a while. I was surprised to see a big change in the lineup. One of the most delicious bottles was this one. It has a savory aroma like bread. The acidity is refreshing. And the umami taste is coming out. I like the astringency at the end. This one was a winner.
Nigori (nigori) sake from Tsururei. It is a nigori sake with a hint of sweetness. Opening the bottle was relatively easy. My wife, who failed to open the bottle last year, opened it very skillfully. The fizziness is surprisingly modest, but the sweetness is very good.
Sparkling nigori in appearance. Sparkling takes a long time to open the bottle -. It's sizzling and delicious. Like a bitter calpis sour. Light attack and heavy aftertaste.
A new sake from Sagaminada. Mild and sweet rice aroma. Whoa, it has a bit of cucumber type sweetness. But it has a refreshing finish that is typical of Sagaminada. Sagaminada is still good. It is delicious. Our local liquor store didn't stock the first nigori, the new sake. Where should I buy it...
Shuho's new sake. Purchased because of its sake strength of +10. Mild aroma of rice. The impression of complex sweetness and umami is so strong that you do not feel the sake degree. When swallowed and air comes in contact with the mouth, a strong astringency hits. This is another good sake.
A new sake from the natural brewery. Mmmm, delicious. The combination of the sweet and sour freshness and the richness of the sake is good. It is addictive taste. I wonder if there is a slight hint of oriki in it.
Izumihashi's new sake, active nigori. We were told to be careful when opening the bottle at the liquor store. We mixed the nigori from the beginning. The strength of the bottle at the time of opening was indeed strong. The aroma was mild and bread-like. Wow, I thought for a moment that it was Calpis soda. It has a strong fizzy taste and a hint of sweetness like a lactic acid bacteria drink. This fizzy feeling seems to be addictive.
A new sake from Zanso Hourai. The top-rising aroma is mild. It has the freshness of new sake and the sweet and sour taste of Zanzou Hourai. There is a strong bitterness. Although it is a new sake, it has a rather strong umami. Hmmm, a local liquor store. I wonder how much zanzou they will put in this season...they are so particular about unfiltered nama sake. The seller is particular about it, but I don't think the drinker cares that much. I'd like to drink all the zanzou throughout the year, no matter how it's made.
Izumihashi's new sake, Raku-fu-mai. Slightly sweet aroma. Melon-like aroma with a hint of sweetness, strong astringency, and sharpness. The harshness of wintering and the joys that lie ahead are well expressed. This is a new sake that is full of promise for another season of stable and delicious sake.
