I didn't know Sawanoi had nigori sake...and the words "dry" were prominently displayed on the bottle. Yes, it is delicious. It's smooth, with a refreshing acidity...no, no, even though it's dry, it's got a rich, undulating flavor, and it's the best of the best. And it's cheap. What more can one ask for?

Takeyoshi "I Love You" from Concept Worker's Selection. Sweet aroma of rice. The rice flavor and sweetness are well expressed and delicious. The fine bubbles pop and the acidity spreads. The label is a little too cute for an old man to buy. Tsukune with cartilage bones served with fresh green bell pepper.
