The brewer is Imanishi Seibei Shoten Co. in Nara City, Nara Prefecture.
We had a 300ml bottle of this precious sake. I am still weak against the phrase "super dry".

The brewery is Senkin Co. in Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture. The clear bottle has a stylish design with a snowy landscape of nigori (nigori) sake. I have had this sake before, but it has been a long time since I had it again.
Because of the foaming, a hole is drilled in the cap to release the gas.

The brewery is Tsuneyama Sake Brewing Company, Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture. The sake is made from 100% local Gohyakumangoku rice. It is a seasonal product of the main brand "Tsuneyama".

The brewery is Oroku Shuzo Limited, located in Higashi Izumo-machi, Shimane Prefecture. According to its website, the brewery was founded in the late Edo period (1603-1868) and has a history of over 170 years.
The rice used for this sake is Gohyakumangoku, a rice suitable for sake brewing produced in Toyama Prefecture.

The brewery is Aihara Shuzo Co. in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture. A relatively new sake brewing company, founded in 1954 after the war. Its main brand is "Amego no Tsuki".

The brewery is Yamamoto Shuzoten Co. in Happo-cho, Akita Prefecture (established in 1901).
Serve with bitter melon stir-fry or grilled shiitake mushrooms.

The brewery is Fuji Shuzo Co. in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture.
Nanahoshi is a sub-brand of Eiko-Fuji, and is the first of the STARS series of summer sake brewed with Dewa-no-sato, a rice suitable for sake brewing produced in Yamagata Prefecture. The second version is Shooting Star, made with rice rice "Haenuki", and the third version is HOSHI MATSURI, made with "Manamusume" rice from Miyagi Prefecture, both released in the same year, 2019.

The brewery is Tsuneyama Sake Brewery Limited Partnership in Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture.
The "Shungin Aroma Bookmark" is a seasonal product of the main brand "Tsuneyama", and upon research, it seems that it was a ginjo sake in 2019, but changed its specs to junmai ginjo the following year.

The brewery is "Kazuma Shuzo K.K." in Noto Town, Ishikawa Prefecture.
Their main brand seems to be "Chikka" and "Sen" was not listed on their current website, but they seem to make a variety of other good sake.

The brewer is Gomachida Sake Brewery in Ureshino, Saga. Served with chicken nanban. 田中 楽April 2019, as the fourth drink of the day at Tora Vigilante in Shibuya. Manganji togarashi char-grilled with a side of char-grilled togarashi. Toichi" is read as "Azumaichi."
The brewer is Gomachida Sake Brewery Co. in Ureshino City, Saga Prefecture, which was founded in October 1922 and will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2022. Toichi is the main brand.

The second and third cups are dry. It goes well with fried food like karaage.

The brewery is Sanwa Shuzo Co. in Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture. The rice is 100% Gohyakumangoku, not from Shizuoka but from Toyama Prefecture.
The three words "super dry" are catchy to me, a lover of dry sake.

The brewery is Kobayashi Shuzo Co. in Kuriyama-cho, Hokkaido. Founded in 1878, it is a long-established company in Hokkaido, which has a short history.
As I once worked in Sapporo, I am familiar with their sake as it is locally brewed with Hokkaido rice.

The brewer is Maruishi Sake Brewery Co. in Okazaki, Aichi Prefecture. As the label says, the company was founded in 1690, the third year of the Genroku era (1690), and is one of the oldest of the long-established breweries.

A rare sake from Tokushima Prefecture for me. The brewer is Miyoshikiku Shuzo Co. in Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture.
The label design and naming are unique. I forgot what it was like to drink because it was so long ago, but I like this kind of sake that is a bit ambitious.

The unusual name of this sake, "Sake Erotic," was created in the winery over the winter by the staff of Obuse Winery Co. in Obuse, Nagano Prefecture. The name "numerosis" means "number six" in English, which means that the yeast used in the brewing process is Association No. 6 yeast.
Although it is labeled as a "hobby," the sake is made with a lot of care, using only Miyamanishiki from Nagano, brewed using only the original yeast, and thoroughly additive-free.
*This sake is supposed to be a junmai ginjo as a category, but it is not tagged as it is not stated on the label. 田中 楽January 2019, as the third drink of the day at the Tiger's Soup in Shibuya. The accompaniment is "cold soup", a local dish of Miyazaki Prefecture.
The brewery is "Ochi Shuzojo Co." in Maniwa City, Okayama Prefecture. The brewery was founded in 1896.
The name "RISING 60" is derived from the rice polishing ratio of 60%.
