April 2019, as the second drink of the day at Tora Vigilantes in Shibuya. Accompanied by Tiger Vigilante's famous chicken nanban.
The brewery is Sanwa Shuzo Co. in Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture. The rice is 100% Gohyakumangoku, not from Shizuoka but from Toyama Prefecture.
The three words "super dry" are catchy to me, a lover of dry sake.
