I had it on the shinkansen on my way back from Tokyo. Junmai sake with 65% rice polishing ratio, I don't know more details than that. A little spicy.

Miyazaki's Junmai Ginjo Sake Purchased at a local sake brewery. As it says on the back of the label, it is very clear. The aroma and flavor are subdued, and there is a slight fruit-like sweetness. According to the store clerk, they are planning to develop a series of sakes made by qualified toji. We can't wait to see what they have in store for us!

I opened a bottle to try to match it with Osechi cuisine Sparkling sake with secondary fermentation in the bottle As usual, this sake has a sweet and sour taste like fruit (cherries🍒) that you wouldn't expect from sake!
