This is a sake from Miyagi Prefecture that was briefly introduced on Izakaya Shinkansen. I saw it on TV and wanted to try it, so I bought it.
It's easy to drink and goes well with all kinds of dishes.
This is a limited edition sake made from 100% Kaminoho, the sake rice of Mie Prefecture.
This is a limited edition sake made with 100% Kaminoho rice from Mie Prefecture. The best in every series.
Summer Shibori
This sake is made from 55% polished Gohyakumangoku from Fukui Prefecture.
The alcohol content is 17%, which is a little high for a summer sake. The alcohol content is 17%, which is a bit high for a summer sake, but it's not the same as a summer sake that you can gulp down. It's not heavy, but it's not that light either, so it's not peculiar.
Miyazaki's Junmai Ginjo Sake
Purchased at a local sake brewery.
As it says on the back of the label, it is very clear. The aroma and flavor are subdued, and there is a slight fruit-like sweetness.
According to the store clerk, they are planning to develop a series of sakes made by qualified toji. We can't wait to see what they have in store for us!
It's more like sparkling white wine than sake!
It's really something that only Kaze no Mori can produce.
Looking forward to drinking it after opening the bottle!
This is the Junmai Ginjo Nakadori from Kurogyu, which I usually drink. It is the best sake from the country that has the deliciousness and spiciness that is typical of Kurogyu, but also stands out for its refreshing taste.
Limited shipments in the year 2021.
The label is named after Ryumonzan in the northern part of Wakayama.
It has the unique spiciness and flavor of black beef. I'm drinking it with meat today.
The moment you drink it, you feel a fruity sweetness and sourness, and then the spiciness comes right after. A little complicated. But it goes well with any food.
It looks like sweet sake, but it's not that sweet. It's definitely sake.
I've never had it before, but I'm pretty sure it's not doburoku.
The label says to be careful when opening the bottle, but it's not very bubbly.
The acidity, the umami, the sweetness, and the aroma are all perceptible, but they are well balanced and moderate. It goes very well with meals. I think it is the ultimate food sake.
Sake Brewer of the year at International Wine Challenge 2020
Mujyozan of the premium brand of Heiwa Shuzo which brews Kido
You can feel the taste of sake firmly in the gentle sweetness of rice. It is the sake that I recommend cheaply though Muryouzan❗️
It is refreshing and light. The aroma and sweetness are also restrained. The spiciness and sweetness are moderate, and it is a very well balanced sake.
I opened a bottle to try to match it with Osechi cuisine
Sparkling sake with secondary fermentation in the bottle
As usual, this sake has a sweet and sour taste like fruit (cherries🍒) that you wouldn't expect from sake!
