It says to be careful when opening the bottle, but there's no problem even if you open it normally (laughs).

Purchased at Heiwa Shuzo's antenna shop. According to the employee, it is brewed to be delicious at room temperature or lukewarm. They recommend pairing it with saury and mushrooms.
I'm having it today with Hiya. If you ask me, it seems to have a surprisingly robust flavor for a Kido.

It's super refreshing as a summer drink. You can drink it in a gulp.
I spoke to the brewery's direct management store, and they sell out as soon as they ship it.

紀土にしては珍しい山廃のお酒。山廃なのにほとんどヤクルト感もなくて、スイスイ飲めるやん。で、お肉と合わせても全然負けない。買ってよかった♫

2019年はじめに発売された亜麻猫10周年のお酒。
グラスに注ぐとちょっとどろっとした感じ。酸味が強いと謳ったていたので、お肉と合わせてみた。意外とすんなり飲めました❗️
