Home brew. I tried this one tonight because it was fruity, reasonably priced, and I was curious. Well, it's not bad, but the sweetness is too noticeable and I might get bored easily. It would be better if it had some acidity or fizziness.
Since my entertainment project was canceled when the Corona action was restricted, I was going to bring in my own company's supply, but suddenly I drank online and consumed x2 bottles on my own for personal consumption. It was a long experience, but the elegant sweetness of Jyushiyo and the stimulation of the microbubbles. It can be served both in Japanese and Western style! This is the origin of my interest in sake.
