I bought it with Kaze no Mori and drank it on the same day...it's Chiba, and it's 300ml, so it's perfect for trying it out...I chilled it too, and finished it off with some sasa-kamaboko (fish cake) that I found at a shocking price at an Aeon store just before closing time...now I want to try something other than chilled sake!

Seven but a liquor store, a convenience store but a liquor store...for a beginner shy person, buying at a liquor store is too much of a hurdle, so thank goodness I bought this Kaze no Mori at Seven...I'll try it petit, chilled, with carpaccio of sea bream and scallops...I think I'm getting to know what kind of sake I like... I think I'm starting to find my favorite lineage, but I don't like some of the ginjo aromas, so it may be a gamble...but I'll drink it.

I bought a cup of sake at an antenna store with a sparkling design of Ishikawa's famous character, Hyakuman-san, while enjoying a small bowl of crab miso, a piece of tuna kamaboko, and a baby blowfish (my first taste). 200ml, so a little more than 1 gou? It is said to have a light and tasty taste, so I finished it slowly at room temperature.

I don't remember when I drank it, but I bought it at a liquor store Seven, in a stylish polished-glass bottle with a cute snowman on the side and a snowman snowboarding on the other side, which I guess they donate part of the proceeds to charity.

A little while ago, on my birthday, I made a toast with Masumi, a sake that I usually only drink on vacations, but not too much, since my father's side of the family is from Nagano, so it's kind of rooted in there. It was warmed up, easy to drink, and a little bit warm, and it was fun to learn some trivia about Nagano as we drank it.

Cat Series (1) I bought this cute Hachiware cat bottle at an antenna store, and I read that it is recommended to drink it lukewarm to enjoy the warmth of the cat's body, so I did just that.

I wanted to drink under the cherry blossoms in full bloom without being in the way. I bought a cup of Dewazakura at an antenna store and chose a special junmai sake, which was easy to drink and I drank it at room temperature without any snacks.

I had been keeping sake under wraps since my youthful days, when I drank it in a fit of rage during the Kozen boom and made the mistake of drinking it in small bottles to avoid overdoing it. On a day when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, I enjoyed sipping sake while viewing the cherry blossoms from the window of my house (in the distance). I read that it goes well with fried oysters, so I used canned oysters from KALDI. It was easy to drink, and I finished it in no time, thinking how nostalgic it was.

The cherry blossoms were in full bloom at the time. strawberry cliché cured ham was said to go well with it, and something else said kimchi and chili peppers would go well with it, and gentle Japanese food would also go well with it, so I prepared it like that. Sake nabe is boldly put sake (almost sake).

Junmai-shu with malic acid high-producing yeast. Cold sake. Sweet and sour type. I was in the mood for cherry blossom viewing with the bunnies. The label is too cute. Since it was to be a lunch sake, I served it with carbohydrates, a quiche that I made somehow, and squid that I bought from this sake brewery. With a rabbit cup and rabbit chopstick rests, it's all about the rabbits - ̗̀ ꪔ̤̥ꪔ̤̤ꪔ̤̫ ̖́-.
