A little while ago, on my birthday, I made a toast with Masumi, a sake that I usually only drink on vacations, but not too much, since my father's side of the family is from Nagano, so it's kind of rooted in there. It was warmed up, easy to drink, and a little bit warm, and it was fun to learn some trivia about Nagano as we drank it.
