I like the flow of the flavor, it's more of a steady feeling rather than coming in quickly and crisply at the end. Personally, I want a little more sweetness. The most gassy feeling so far, even in the comparison of 3 days after opening. I'm not sure if it's the bitterness at the end, but it's not unpleasant. It's not a bad beer, but it's well balanced. Preference: ★★★★☆ Impression: This is the second bottle I was introduced to after talking to the waiter about looking for a sake that is not like a sake like Flaxcat. It has an apple (+ barrel?) taste. It has an apple (+ oak?) flavor, with a strong sweetness (too much?) and is juicy. It is juicy with a sweet (too much?) impression. A little gas. It is sweet to the end and less acidic than Flaxcat and Kurokabuto. Less sake and alcohol feeling until the end. Delicious! Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! 2021.12.8_3 days after opening the bottle Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Preferred: ★★★★☆ Impression: The juicy and apple (+ oak?) feeling persists. Impression: The juiciness and the apple (+ oak?) taste are persistent. The second half of the bottle is not particularly sake-like. It may not change as much as the Flaxcat from the time the bottle was opened. In that respect, it is consistently delicious! Yum!
