I was curious about this sake sparkling.
According to the liquor store, they add carbonation afterwards, so if you get distracted, it's just a 45.
The carbonation makes it more fruity.
The nigori is also good.
It is a Manasaku no Hana MK series. It says that it uses the white koji for shochu for a part of koji, and it has the aroma and sour taste like banana🍌.
Indeed, it tastes fruity.
But the design of the bottle attracts us a little.
Kura no kakushikizake Junmai Ginjo sakuri namaishu
This is the first batch of "Kura no Kakushizake", freshly pressed sake. It is a collaboration product with the students of Tohoku University of Art & Design. It has been matured slowly in the snow. You can enjoy the soft taste of the rice, the flowery aroma and the smooth taste.
This is the first of its kind in Japan. It has a different taste from Hakkaisan's snow storage.
It is not too sweet but just right mellow.
It is a limited edition sake that is sent to the fair. This year there was no longer a fair in Corona, so they are bottling and selling it. We were told that it will not be available next year, so we bought it immediately. It has the sweetness of rice as if it were pure rice, and the aftertaste is fruity and great.
The aftertaste is fruity and great. It's one of the best I've ever tasted.
It is very close to Manju of Kubota.
Kubota's limited edition sake. Senju Ginjo Nama Genshu.
The alcohol content is high at 19.
According to the shop owner, they make Senju from this sake.
Since it was a good opportunity, we decided to have it.
Basically, I like Junmai type, but I didn't feel the alcohol so much, and the aftertaste was soft and sweet.
The recent Junmai Daiginjo series. This time it is Hakkaisan.
The first time I opened the package, it was nice and soft and not too spicy. However, after a little while, the alcohol smell suddenly stuck to my nose (or throat?). I was a little disappointed. If you open the package and drink it immediately, you can enjoy it. I wonder if it's because it's cold.
Ottersai, the last of the three New Year's sake.
We went with the 30:90.
It goes down smoothly and has a soft sweet aroma.
At 50, it is a little spicy, but
But at 50, it's a little spicy, but at 30 percent, it's less spicy and more fruity.
Sake for New Year. We bought them together at a nearby liquor store.
I thought I'd compare them.
The normal Junmai Daiginjo has the sweetness of rice, no miscellaneous flavors, and a smooth finish.
I like this feeling.
I'll report on the Manju later.
Bottled at a nearby liquor store.
It smells like wood, and it would be nice to drink it at a hot spring inn. Comparing it with the Daiginjo from last time, it's still Junmai.
Shiretoko-only Sake: drift ice storage in the Sea of Okhotsk
It has a bit of an alcoholic smell, but it's limited edition, so that's okay. The bottle design is GOOD!
