It has a delicious fruity, wine-like flavor.
I returned home from the Nebuta Festival for the first time in two years and had a drink. Unfortunately, it was raining and the Nebuta were covered with vinyl, but I was soaking up the afterglow of the feeling of jawa-gewa that emanates from the short summer in Tohoku.
The fruity and easy-to-drink sake seems to help relieve the fatigue.
