I've been drinking a lot of clean, fruity ginjo sake lately, so I haven't had this one in a while. It's good when it's warmed up. The more you get drunk, the better it tastes. The more I get drunk, the better it tastes.
At first I felt it wasn't enough because I've been drinking too much sweet alcohol lately, but as I drank more, it tasted better. I did. I think this is about as balanced as it gets.
This is the sake I've been looking for for a long time. It was in a Urawa liquor store I happened to walk into!
As juicy and delicious as I imagined it would be! The taste is similar to Takachiyo, but it's not as sweet as Takachiyo. But it's still sweet enough.
I think the taste became a little tangy a few days after opening the bottle. It tasted better right after opening the bottle.
