★★★★★ I went to the brewery in Joetsu to purchase this sake. It has won awards and was recommended to me first and foremost. This one is a no-brainer. It has a mild and full mouthfeel, followed by a warm lingering aftertaste. It was like going back to one's parents' home. This is a drink that you should definitely try when the bleakness of the world becomes too much for you.

Kanazawa has a high level of quality. Despite the coldness of Ishikawa Prefecture, they have finished it gently. Frankly, I was surprised.

★★★★★ Great punch, but drinkable neat. The high alcohol content makes it a bad choice. If I'm not careful, I drink too much and remember... I had a feeling that I was not satisfied with the usual "big dry one", but this one is different. But this one is different. The umami of the rice comes through straight away. It is a seasonal and limited edition, but if you happen to be in the neighborhood, I highly recommend you to buy a bottle. The yuzu sake I also bought is also good.

★★★★★ Really 19 degrees? Mellow yet sharp. Not too spicy, maybe a little spicy. Goes well with meals. I drank it on the rocks, but it can be drunk in various ways. This is dangerous because you can easily drink it despite its high alcohol content. If you're not careful, you can end up drinking too much... It was our 11th wedding anniversary.

I bought it as a souvenir for myself at Hina Biraki in Iwamuro. Next year, I will buy the recommended one. Postscript. I drank it again 3 days later. Mmm? That hard feeling became round. Isn't it supposed to be mild and tasty! If it costs 1,100 yen, it might be the most cost-effective.

★★★★★ Is this amazake? It goes in smoothly and spreads a full flavor and aroma. It goes down smoothly, yet has a full-bodied flavor. This may be my first nigori. I didn't know it was this good. It is said that this is the first nigori in Kirinzan's history, and I wonder why it has never been offered before. I would like to repeat this beer just for the sake of it.
